Once your system has been properly installed it should be largely maintenance free.
Your OlifeEnergy system is designed for fully autonomous operation from installation. Please pay attention to the initial setup of the entire system. You should always set all its functions to comply with the laws and regulations that may vary from country to country and region. For proper setup, follow the instructions and information in the user manual that comes with your OlifeEnergy system.
If your OlifeEnergy system is connected to a public network or to a photovoltaic power supply and is correctly set up, it needs essentially no maintenance.
If your system is not connected, you should not leave it uncharged for long periods.
Your battery will discharge slowly (self-discharge) when not in use or stored. Check the battery charge frequently. If you expect your system not to be used for a long time, we recommend that you disconnect the battery and store it. ideally in a dry, warm place.
You should fully charge the battery before you store it. For long-term storage, your battery should be recharged at least every six months.
Store the battery in a dry place with temperatures between 5 ° C and 20 ° C (41 ° F to 68 ° F).
Please handle your OlifeEnergy system with care and avoid bumps and impacts. Always use the original packaging when transporting. This will protect it during normal shipping conditions.
The OlifeEnergy Box is equipped with a lithium battery. You should always familiarize yourself with all local regulations. In certain cases, the transportation of an end-of-life battery, damaged or withdrawn from sale, is restricted or prohibited.
It is possible that other devices, such as a damaged generator or non-functional fuses or circuit breakers, may interfere with the functionality of your OlifeEnergy system. We recommend that you first check the operating status of these additional devices.
If your storage is not working properly, please try to diagnose your device using the diagnostic section of the user manual. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact OlifeEnergy Technical Support.
